Consultation Policy

Initial Consultations

We offer complimentary initial consultations to ensure mutual fit before committing to paid services. This allows both parties to determine if our approach aligns with your needs and expectations.

Cancellation of Consultations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Service Packages

Before Services Begin

You may cancel any service package before work begins for a full refund, minus any administrative fees associated with initial setup.

After Services Begin

Once styling services have commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the services already rendered. We will provide a detailed breakdown of completed work and adjust charges accordingly.

Personal Shopping Services

Items purchased on your behalf during personal shopping sessions are subject to the return policies of the individual retailers. We will assist you with any returns or exchanges within the timeframes established by those retailers. Our service fees for personal shopping sessions are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about the services provided or billing matters, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues through open communication and mutual understanding. Most concerns can be addressed through dialogue and adjustment of services.

Modification of Services

We understand that your needs may evolve during our work together. We welcome adjustments to service plans and will work with you to modify our approach to best serve your changing requirements. Any modifications to agreed-upon services will be documented in writing.

Refund Process

When applicable, refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
