If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Once styling services have commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the services already rendered. We will provide a detailed breakdown of completed work and adjust charges accordingly.

Personal Shopping Services

Items purchased on your behalf during personal shopping sessions are subject to the return policies of the individual retailers. We will assist you with any returns or exchanges within the timeframes established by those retailers. Our service fees for personal shopping sessions are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
